Where You Are, And Where This Takes You
01
First Impressions
Parents form opinions before they visit. The current site does not reflect the quality of care already being delivered.
A digital presence that matches the standard of your nurseries.
02
Mobile Experience
Most parents search on mobile. An experience that feels difficult to use on a phone creates friction at the first point of contact.
A fast, clear mobile experience that works the moment a parent finds you.
03
Enquiry Generation
Unclear pathways and missing calls to action mean interested parents often leave without getting in touch.
Clear enquiry journeys that convert visits into genuine leads.
04
Brand Consistency
Each location currently presents itself differently, making the group feel less cohesive than it is.
Group-wide consistency that builds trust and reinforces the brand across all sites.
05
Ease of Updating
Making simple content changes often requires external help, creating delays and unnecessary cost.
A straightforward content system your team can manage without technical support.
06
Long-Term Scalability
The current setup was not designed with multiple locations in mind, limiting what is possible without significant rework.
A shared digital infrastructure designed to support future growth across the group.
Why This Programme Matters
Families form opinions about a nursery before they ever walk through the door. Your website is not just a digital brochure. It is part of the trust-building process that begins long before an initial visit.
Care Worth Showing
The nursery group delivers high-quality childcare across all five locations. The quality of that care should be immediately visible online. This programme creates a consistent digital presence that reflects the experience families will find at every site.
The First Interaction
For most families, the website is the first interaction they have with your nursery. That interaction shapes whether they pick up the phone or move on. A clear, reassuring digital experience means more of the right families get in touch.
A Foundation To Grow On
This is not a collection of individual website projects. The platform built for Three Little Birds Nursery becomes the shared digital infrastructure for the entire group, giving Three Little Birds, Stone Day Nursery, Little Acres Nursery, Marina Montessori and Dockside Day Nursery a consistent, well-managed online presence.
Programme Objectives
Build Parent Trust
Give families the confidence to enquire, through a digital presence that clearly communicates quality and care.
Generate More Enquiries
Create clear pathways that guide interested parents toward getting in touch, reducing the drop-off between visit and contact.
Clearer Parent Journeys
Ensure every parent can quickly find what they need, from age group information to admissions, without friction.
Better Mobile Experience
Design for the device most parents use first, with a fast, intuitive experience from the moment they land on the site.
Easier Content Management
Give your team the ability to update text, images and announcements independently, without relying on external support.
Reduce Administration
Centralise enquiry management and reporting across the group, reducing time spent on manual processes.
Group-Wide Consistency
Present every nursery location under a consistent digital identity, reinforcing the group brand at every touchpoint.
Foundations For Growth
Build a scalable digital infrastructure that supports new locations, additional services and future programme phases.
Scope of Work
Five workstreams delivered across the programme. Each one builds on the last.
Understanding the nursery group's goals, parent expectations and current landscape before any design work begins.
A nursery-focused design that puts parents at the centre of every decision.
The foundation website for Three Little Birds Nursery, built as the shared platform template for all subsequent nursery locations within the group.
Three Little Birds Nursery has been selected by the nursery group as the first delivery location. The platform built here becomes the shared foundation for Stone Day Nursery, Little Acres Nursery, Marina Montessori and Dockside Day Nursery, reducing cost and implementation risk across the wider rollout.
A straightforward content system your team can manage day-to-day without technical support.
Technical foundations that ensure the platform is fast, secure and reliable for every visitor.
The Platform
This is more than a website. It is a shared platform allowing leadership teams to manage content, monitor website performance and maintain consistency across all nursery locations from a single place.
Parent Journey
Clear pathways guiding families from first visit to enquiry, with every step designed around how parents actually search and decide.
Trust Building
Consistent, high-quality presentation across every page that reinforces the care and professionalism families will experience in person.
Enquiry Experience
Straightforward contact and admissions processes that reduce friction and make it easy for interested families to take the next step.
Mobile Experience
Designed to perform on the devices parents use most, with fast loading and intuitive navigation on every screen size.
Information Accessibility
All the details a parent needs, presented clearly and without clutter. Age groups, curriculum, team, facilities and admissions in one place.
Content Management
A simple, intuitive system your team can use independently to keep content current across every nursery location.
Analytics & Reporting
Visibility over how parents are finding and using the site, with clear reporting accessible to your leadership team.
Performance & Security
Fast, secure and reliable hosting with active monitoring, SSL security and GDPR-conscious design throughout.
Programme Timeline
Each phase builds directly on the one before it. The infrastructure created in month one powers everything that follows.

Every nursery location presents a consistent, professional digital identity. The group brand is reinforced across all five sites.
